The hotel is nicely decorated and modern. The staff at the reception desk are knowledgeable. The setting is excellent, not far from the banks of the river Tajo. It offers all modern conveniences. Toledo and the Taag valley are easily accessible. The area is relatively quiet.

Early check-in, parking opposite to the hotel. The ambience was quiet. Excellent location in the Zocodover district, and 10 minute walk from a lively square. Based so close to the old city walls and the river Tajo, sightseeing and centre of town.

The rooms here are simple but super clean. The decor inside is really nice and you can catch a great view of the town. I wish I could have stayed longer, it was that good! 🌟

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Situated on the banks of a peaceful river, it provides a tranquil atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the old town. The staff is friendly and the rooms are equipped with all necessary amenities, including an awesome bathroom.

hotel is in the historical centre but far from the hustle and bustle, is easily accessible by car and has a small garage which must be booked. It is a quiet place. room was spacious for a three star hotel, it was well cleaned (I am allergic to dust and I didn't notice anything wrong, I congratulate the person in charge of cleaning), bathroom was correct, style of the decoration pleasant and there is no complaint about the breakfast. bed was comfortable and room temperature was right (neither too hot nor too cold because of the air conditioning). staff, friendly, good. quality/price ratio is good, I would repeat. Congratulations to Toledo, it is a well cared for jewel.
A screaming baby who came with a family incapable of educating respect for others. But that's not the hotel's fault. Fortunately, there are earplugs.

RECEPTION:. Very nice the boy (man) who attended us. He gave us maps, explained routes and so on. ROOM:. -Very big TV ( 40 inches I guess ) nothing to do with the small TV in the pictures. -Minibar where you can put a big bottle of water at night for the next day. -Very big and comfortable bed. We were 2 and I didn't bump into my partner in bed at any time. BATHROOM:. -Large but dimly lit shower. Compared to the pictures on the internet the bathroom in general is much worse and older. BREAKFAST:. INCREDIBLE, there is everything, croissants, toast, cookies of various types, muffins .. you can also drink tea, coffee, orange juice, milk .. for more children there is also nescuic, xocolate pastries .. iogures, various jams .. there is much to choose from. PERFECT. a free breakfast buffet is welcome to go well energized until lunchtime. DISTANCE TO THE CENTER:. in approximately 10 minutes you are in the center of TOLEDO.. in comments there are people who complain that it is far away... not at all... also, there is a bus just as it enters from the door of the hotel. Keep in mind that inside TOLEDO is impossible to go by car .. the streets are very narrow, with curves and many ups and downs .. We had a lot of luck parking at 2 minutes from the hotel in the orange zone. It took us 8e 3 days (it was weekend, Sunday is not paid and Saturday afternoon either). Anyway, the hotel has a parking lot and there are several car parks within TOLEDO (it is a risk to get into TOLEDO by car, you are warned).
IN MY ROOM:. first day that the cleaning ladies came, they left the door open and curtains were drawn so that we were awake until the next morning before 7 a. m. because of the light (there are people who like absolute darkness, there are those who don't care, it depends on each person). some uncomfortable cushions. IN THE BATH:. little light. small bathroom. bathroom equipment is ridiculous... better bring it from home or buy it there (there is a carrefoy express and some grocery store) xampoo and bath gel. ( the pictures of the bathroom posted on the internet will be of the best bathroom in the hotel... in our case the bathroom looked like another hotel. SONORITY:. My room was very close to the staircase, so at 7 am (weekend) you could hear the breakfast dressing, hotel operations and so on. It can be easily improved by putting some soundproofing sponges behind some of the tapestries they have on there so that there is not so much noise coming out of the dining room and so on... I don't think it has occurred to them

That day there was a group of Germans who even allowed themselves to touch blackjack in the dining room at breakfast time. Taking chairs/chairs from adjoining rooms that other guests had been denied, the hotel staff, took. They were all adults. From 30 to 60 years old. The voices were coming perfectly to the reception. When I told the reception if they called our attention, the receptionist told me that he could not leave that alone. The ones from the dining room, said that they could not call anyone's attention (I see it as normal). I think that if they had been Spanish, they would have been told that the hotel was not reserved for them alone, and that the rest of the clients did not have to eat breakfast in those conditions. In the end, when they went up to the rooms and, they passed by the reception playing the trumpet, if I call their attention but the breakfast (which is paid apart from the room) we had to do it in those confidences
